We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination.

Custom dash panels may require additional production time because they are prepared according to the customer’s measurements, layout, material, and selected options.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Milltown Marine Designs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy

Standard, unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers must contact Milltown Marine Designs before sending any item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was shipped.

Custom Products

Custom dash panels, personalized products, modified items, and products made according to customer measurements or specifications are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or there is a confirmed manufacturing error.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their measurements, layout, materials, and product selections before production begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
